
Since 2002, 85 campus officials have attended the Southwestern Advantage Sales Training School in either Nashville or Bristol, England. These attendees have come mainly from Career Services’ offices, but include professionals from other offices on the campus.
The itinerary for these visits typically includes: meeting top level corporate executives, touring the corporate world headquarters, observing the training first-year students receive, observing the training successive year students receive as field managers, meeting with district/regional directors to discuss recruiting and training of students, reviewing the products that the students are selling, discussing the Southwestern Advantage Campus Relations philosophy, discussing how it might be improved, and attending the President’s Club Dinner which acknowledges outstanding successes in recruiting and sales and is hosted by the president of Southwestern Advantage, Dan Moore.
